The human body lives on energy. A healthy body has a frequency of 62 – 68Hhz.
A healthy body is 62 – 72 Hz. When the frequency drops, the immune system is compromised. Tainio and colleagues determined that when a person’s frequency drops below the optimum healthy range, the immune system is compromised. Findings supported by this research indicate that:

• Human cells can start to change (mutate) when their frequency drops below 62MHz.

Essential oils start at 52 Hz and go as high as 320 Hz, which is the frequency of Rose Bulgaria oil. Clinical research shows that therapeutic grade essential oils have the highest frequency of any natural substance known to man, creating an environment in which disease, bacteria, virus, fungus, etc., cannot live.
Low frequencies make physical changes in the body. Middle frequencies make emotional changes in the body. High frequencies make spiritual changes in the body. Spiritual frequencies range from 92 to 360 Hz.
How Do We Contract Disease?
According to a report (Epidemiology, May 2001; 11:345-349) psychological stress – particularly the chronic type that may accompany a personality with a negative outlook – is a risk factor for contracting colds/disease. An optimistic outlook and outgoing personality seemed to protect individuals, investigators found. When you listen to negative people, it takes down your frequencies. You will feel drained after you talk to people like that. Immediately use oil of Frankincense.
Individuals with a negative outlook were at greatest risk of developing illnesses – regardless of their intake of vitamin C and zinc or their smoking and drinking habits. The next highest-risk individuals were those who believed that they were under stress. These people were nearly three times as likely to become ill.

The effect on Green Tea on memory/brain function

Improvement in Brain Function Seen with Green Tea
Drinking green tea may affect parts of the brain linked to working memory, says the first study ever to use functional neuroimaging methods to test the effects of green tea on the brain.
Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) showed that tea was associated with increased activation in the prefrontal cortex, a section of the human brain linked to working memory.
The study, published in the European Journal of Clinical Nutrition, adds to the long list of potential health benefits of green tea and its extracts, including reducing the risk of Alzheimer’s, improving cardiovascular and oral health, as well as aiding in weight management.
Green tea contains between 30% and 40% of water-extractable polyphenols, while black tea (green tea that has been oxidized by fermentation) contains between 3% and 10%. Oolong tea is semi-fermented tea and is somewhere between green and black tea. The four primary polyphenols found in fresh tea leaves are epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), epigallocatechin, epicatechin gallate and epicatechin.
While previous studies have reported potential benefits for green tea on memory, the new study, led by Professor Stefan Borgwardt from the University Hospital Basel in Switzerland, is said to be the first to use functional magnetic resonance imaging to observe changes in the brain following the consumption of green tea extracts.
The researchers recruited 12 healthy volunteers and asked them to perform a working memory task after consuming 250 ml or 500 ml of a whey-based soft drink with or without green tea Extract in a double-blind, controlled repeated measures within-subject trial.
While analysis of the whole brain revealed no significant changes, further analysis showed that consumption of the green tea extract was associated with increased activation in the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex, report Prof. Borgwardt and his co-workers.
In addition, the effects were linked to the doses consumed, with higher doses producing greater activation.
“This is the first neuroimaging study implicating that functional neuroimaging methods provide a means of examining how green tea extract acts on the brain and that green tea extract enhances the engagement of brain regions that mediate working memory processing,” they concluded.

THE TRUTH ABOUT PROSTATE CANCER AND VITAMIN E

Most of the prominent studies that have come out in condemnation of vitamin E over the years have failed to explain the type of vitamin E used. An extremely thorough analysis conducted, however, reveals why the synthetic alpha tocopherol form of vitamin E used in these studies actually does increase cancer risk, as well as why getting the full spectrum of natural vitamin E, on the other hand, is vital for preventing cancer and maintaining vibrant health.

The most recent Selenium and Vitamin E Cancer Prevention Trial (SELECT), which involves more than 35,000 men from the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico, is a perfect example of deliberate, deceptive pseudoscience. This study declared that vitamin E is dangerous and that it contributes to causing prostate cancer, which is technically true — but the reason why it is true, in context, is never properly explained.

The type of vitamin E used in the study was a synthetic version of just one form of vitamin E, alpha tocopherol. There are, in fact, four naturally occurring vitamin E tocopherols, and four naturally occurring vitamin E tocotrienols, none of which was used in the study — instead, researchers used just one variety, and an imitation one at that.                        

Synthetic vitamins, of course, have been shown to behave much differently than natural vitamins when consumed. Natural vitamins derived from whole foods work in tandem with other nutrients to provide benefits, while synthetic vitamins are isolated chemicals created in a chemistry lab. These synthetic vitamins end up being largely rejected by the body, and take with them a host of leeched minerals and other nutrients on their way out.

In its analysis, the study explains the difference between synthetic and natural forms of vitamin E, as well as why major studies about vitamin E are misleading millions. The report also explains how synthetic alpha tocopherols, when taken alone like they were in the SELECT study, actually deplete the body of necessary gamma tocopherols, which is the real reason for the increase in prostate cancer.

This and other important information is missing from the SELECT study, which happens to have been supported and funded by every major cancer center in the country, as well as the pharmaceutical industry. Their goal, of course, is to malign vitamin E so that people will stop taking it, while conveniently omitting the fact that natural vitamin E in all of its forms can together provide tremendous disease-preventing benefits.

Mammograms increase Breast Cancer risk

Here’s some food for thought: Dr. Irwin Bross was director of biostatistics at Roswell Park Memorial Institute in Buffalo, New York. In the 1970s, Dr. Bross headed a project that studied the alarming increase in rates of leukemia. It was called the Tri-State Leukemia Study. His sample used tumor registries from 16 million people from New York, Maryland, and Minnesota. After checking factors as diverse as health history, occupational history, residential history, family background, cause of death for parents and grandparents, exposure to farm animals, pet ownership, whether or not the pets had ever been sick, Dr. Bross came to the conclusion that the main cause of the rising rates of leukemia was medical radiation in the form of diagnostic medical X-rays (Leslie Freeman, ed., Nuclear Witnesses: Insiders Speak Out, New York: Norton, 1982, p. 27).Dr. John Gofman, Professor Emeritus of Molecular and Cell Biology at the University of California at Berkeley, was wondering the same thing in the early 1990s. His research led him to write a 400-page book in which he estimates that “three-quarters of the current annual incidence of breast cancer in the United States is being caused by earlier ionizing radiation, primarily from medical sources.” Astonishingly, this isn’t even news. “[M]edical science,” Gofman continues, “has known for 20 years that ionizing radiation is a prominent and proven cause of breast-cancer” (John Gofman, Preventing Breast Cancer, San Francisco: Committee for Nuclear Responsibility, 1995, p. 303).
Note the size of the study. It was no small sampling. Note the words “prominent and proven.” Not surprisingly, Dr. Bross lost his funding from the National Cancer Institute when his study was published in the respected American Journal of Public Health. This despite the fact the Dr. Bross is an eminent researcher who has held prestigious positions at major medical centers including Roswell Park and John Hopkins.
From Reclaiming our Health by John Robbins, p. 233-234(which also cites the above study): In the early 1960’s, working for the Atomic Energy Commission, John Gofman established the Biomedical Research Division at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, for the purpose of evaluating the health effects of all types of nuclear activities. There, he came to the distressing conclusion that human exposure to ionizing radiation was far more serious than had been previously recognized. Dr. Gofman’s work led to his 1995 book Preventing Breast Cancer, in which he came to a stunning conclusion: “Our estimate is that about three quarters of the current annual incidence of breast cancer in the United States is being caused by earlier ionizing radiation, primarily from medical sources.” John Gofman does not underestimate the role played in cancer causation played by pesticides, hormone pills, fatty diets, and other environmental stressors. He states: “There is no inherent conflict or competition between carcinogens,” because they multiply each other’s carcinogenic effects. But he finds the medical use of radiation to be so crucial that it bears repeating: “An estimated 75 per cent of recent and current breat cancer cases would not have occurred as they did, in the absence of earlier medical[and other] irradiation.” Although ionizing radiation, the type delivered by X-rays and radiotherapy, is one of the few environmental contaminants known unequivocally to cause many forms of cancer, it is routinely recommended for many cancer patients. This, despite the fact that,with few exceptions, there is no proven benefit to survival.
“Scientists agree that there is no safe dose of radiation. Cellular DNA in the breast is more easily damaged by very small doses of radiation than thyroid tissue or bone marrow; in fact, breast cells are second only to fetal tissues in sensitivity to radiation. And the younger the breast cells, the more easily their DNA is damaged by radiation. As an added risk, one percent of American women carry a hard-to-detect oncogene which is triggered by radiation; a single mammogram increases their risk of breast cancer by a factor of 4-6 times. “The usual dose of radiation during a mammographic x-ray is from 0.25 to1 rad with the very best equipment; that’s 1-4 rads per screening mammogram (two views each of two breasts). And, according to Samuel Epstein, M.D., of the University of Chicago’s School of Public Health, the dose can be ten times more than that . Sister Rosalie Bertell-one of the world’s most respected authorities on the dangers of radiation-says one rad increases breast cancer risk one percent and is the equivalent of one year’s natural aging. “If a woman has yearly mammograms from age 55 to age 75, she will receive a minimum of 20 rads of radiation. For comparison, women who survived the atomic bomb blasts in Hiroshima or Nagasaki absorbed 35 rads. Though one large dose of radiation can be more harmful than many small doses, it is important to remember that damage from radiation is cumulative.”

In other words, it appears that the diagnostic X-rays being used to detect possible breast cancer are themselves a prime cause of breast cancer. And then they turn around and recommend even higher doses of radiation to treat the cancer. Insane!!! I’d recommend reading Reclaiming Our Health by John Robbins. He goes into the medical madness of the AMA and big drug companies but he also covers the alternative medical treatments of cancer very well…treatments that have a much higher rate of success than, say, chemeotherapy and radiation, which fail about 97% of the time and subject the patient to “medievel torture” as one doctor called it. Dr. Glenn Warner is a board certified oncologist and one of the most highly qualified cancer specialist in the Seattle area. He uses alternative treatments on his cancer patients with great success. He has over 1000 surviving cancer patients. On the treatment of cancer in this country he said:”We have a multi-billion dollar industry that is killing people, right and left, just for financial gain. Their idea of research is to see whether two doses of this poison is better than three doses of that poison.” The Washington State Medical Board came after him and revoked his license without any proof of incompetence, misconduct or malpractice and without a single complaint from any of his patients. In fact, his patients raised over $300,000 for his legal battle to get his license back. What does that tell you about the priorities of our medical system and authorities?

We just had another phone-call from someone who was hospitalized with the flu due to dehydration.

We have good news and bad news for this flu season

The bad news is that apparently they are expecting a major outbreak of the West Nile Virus this year. The good news is: You don’t have to get it!
West Nile virus is a transmitted to humans by mosquito bites. Virus symptoms range from none to severe: encephalitis (inflammation of the brain) or meningitis (inflammation of the lining of the brain and spinal cord). West Nile Virus has reached epidemic levels in Texas in 2012. Many other states (43 as of August, 2012) also reported infections, and many report an increase in the number of people diagnosed with the disease. The US CDC considers this to be the largest outbreak in the U.S. since 2004.
West Nile Virus Infection Symptoms
The following are the symptoms to be aware of about 3 to 14 days after an infected mosquito bites a person and transmits the West Nile virus:
• Serious Symptoms in a Few People. About one in 150 people infected with WNV will develop severe illness. The severe symptoms can include high fever, headache, neck stiffness, stupor, disorientation, coma, tremors, convulsions, muscle weakness, vision loss, numbness and paralysis. These symptoms may last several weeks, and neurological effects may be permanent.
• Milder Symptoms in Some People. Up to 20 percent of the people who become infected have symptoms such as fever, headache, and body aches, nausea, vomiting, and sometimes swollen lymph glands or a skin rash on the chest, stomach and back. Symptoms can last for as short as a few days, though even healthy people have become sick for several weeks.
How Does West Nile Virus Spread?
• Infected Mosquitoes. Most often, WNV is spread by the bite of an infected mosquito. Mosquitoes become infected when they feed on infected birds. Infected mosquitoes can then spread WNV to humans and other animals when they bite.
• Transfusions, Transplants, and Mother-to-Child. In a very small number of cases, WNV also has been spread through blood transfusions, organ transplants, breastfeeding and even during pregnancy from mother to baby.
• Not through touching. WNV is not spread through casual contact such as touching or kissing a person with the virus.
Remember that viruses enter the body through ears, nose and mouth. You can protect yourself with essential oils to destroy them right there. A great combination would be: Clove, Eucalyptus, Pine, Oregano, Tea Tree, Thyme.

Dr. Oz is recommending B12

Vitamin B12 offers a host of benefits and works in blood and nerve cells. Neurological function, such as brain, spinal and optic nerves, and proper blood cell functioning require vitamin B12. For the heart, vitamin B12 helps maintain healthy homocysteine levels in the blood. It also helps restore energy levels.

B-12 Deficiency May Increase Brain Shrinkage:

Vitamin B-12 deficiency may increase the risk of reduced mental function and increase the loss of brain volume in people, a new study reports.
Markers of vitamin B-12 status, but not B-12 levels themselves, were associated with lower scores on the cognitive tests and smaller total brain volume, researchers from the Rush University Medical Center in Chicago reported in Neurology.
This is not the first report of potential benefits of B-12 on brain shrinkage. In 2008 researchers from the University of Oxford reported that people with higher blood levels of the vitamin were six times less likely to experience brain shrinkage compared with people with lower vitamin levels (Neurology 71:826-832, 2008).
Vitamin B-12, also known as cobalamin, is only found in food of animal origin, including meat, milk and eggs.
For the Chicago study blood samples were taken from 121 people aged over 65. Four and one-half years after the blood sample collection, the participants had their brains scanned. MRI scans were performed to measure total brain volume and look for other signs of brain damage.
“Concentrations of all vitamin B-12-related markers, but not serum vitamin B-12 itself, were associated with global cognitive function and with total brain volume,” the researchers reported.

The Nervous System

Learning and memory improved by elevating brain magnesium.

Learning and memory are fundamental brain functions affected by dietary and environmental factors. Here, we show that increasing brain magnesium using a newly developed magnesium compound (magnesium-L-threonate, MgT) leads to the enhancement of learning abilities, working memory, and short- and long-term memory. Our findings suggest that an increase in brain magnesium enhances both short-term synaptic facilitation and long-term potentiation and improves learning and memory functions.

Dr. Guosong Liu, stated in his presentation, that a study he did on mice, might indicate that traumatic memories might gradually lessen with the use of this new form of brain supplement.
